Leonid Vilenchik is the founder and hands-on technical lead at LeonSoft. Leonid is a CTO and software architect with 20+ years of experience building production systems for companies at every stage.

His background includes:

• Production systems architecture - Designing and building systems that handle scale, reliability, and security
• AI and machine learning - Practical AI systems that work in production without hallucination risks
• Legacy modernization - Safe migration patterns that keep systems running while upgrading
• Business systems - ERP implementation, CRM systems, BI and reporting, and process automation
• Technical leadership - Mentoring teams, code review, architecture guidance, and strategic planning
• Security and compliance - Building systems with security, data protection, and regulatory compliance built in
