The work has spanned ERP and CRM systems, business intelligence and reporting, SaaS products, database design, API integrations, legacy modernization and production infrastructure — and, for the last several years, AI systems built on OpenAI, Claude and RAG architectures.
That combination is the reason LeonSoft starts with the business process rather than the model: most of the difficulty in an AI project turns out to be everything around the AI.
